Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- It must be returned with any accessories, manuals, or tags (if applicable)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, we will make appropriate arrangements.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued in cash only. Refunds are provided in person or through a direct cash handover method arranged with you.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items returned in damaged or used condition (unless originally received that way)
